A nonreligious, feminist, millennial wedding officiant for ALL couples and families in the metro Washington, D.C. area. Ready to make your big day memorable for all the right reasons!
“Joanna was our officiant for our March Wedding. From the get-go she was super communicative. She picked out a poem based on our conversation and it was perfect. We only made a couple small tweaks and then Joanna handled all the paperwork. We had a timing issue during the ceremony due to another vendor situation, but Joanna reorganized the ceremony on the spot to make the timing accommodation, and none of the guests knew stuff was out of the original planned order. If you don't want to worry about your ceremony, Joanna will take care of it!”
“We reached out to Joanna a little later in our wedding planning timeline than what I'm sure is recommended. She was so helpful and accommodating, and she was able to turn out the most special ceremony full of warmth and love. Her methods of capturing our love stories made for a beautiful ceremony where all of our guests were able to fully realize our journey together and love for one another. I would highly recommend working with Joanna!”
“We loved working with Joanna! She was so kind, professional, and accommodating. Many guests complimented how personal and great the ceremony was. Would definitely recommend!”
